Duncan MacDonald, CPMR, President and Territory Manager –

Duncan started with EIP in 1984 and became an owner in 1994. Duncan has a degree from Cal Poly, S.L.O. in Economics, is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) and is a STLE Certified Lubrication Specialist. His territory coverage includes portions of eastern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada, Utah, Hawaii and Colorado.

Kurt Fisher, CPMR, Vice President and Territory Manager –

Kurt started with EIP in 1976 and became an owner in 1994. Kurt is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative and covers the Northern California Bay Area and coastal region.

David Rupp, Vice President and Territory Manager –

David started with EIP in 2002 after a merger with his own long established rep firm, The Norman Rupp Company. David has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola University and covers western Oregon and Washington, as well as managing the Tualatin warehouse facility.

Garry Welch, Territory Manager –

Garry started with EIP in 1998 as an Electrical Products Marketing Specialist. He has a degree in Electronics Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and covers Orange, San Diego, Imperial and Riverside Counties in California.

Corbin Gunstream, CSP, Territory Manager –

Corbin started with EIP in 2005. He has a degree in Business from Pt. Loma Nazarene University and and is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP). Corbin covers Northern California - California's Central Valley and Northern Nevada. He supplies computer, graphics, website support, and acting secretary/treasurer for the company.

Brent Russ, CSP, Territory Manager –

Brent started with EIP in 2007 and covers eastern Oregon, eastern Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. Brent is also a Certified Sales Professional.

Doug Sperling, Customer Service – Doug Started with EIP in 1981 and serves as the Customer Service Representative for Peerless Winsmith as well as other warehoused products.

Fred Williams, Technical Support – Fred started with EIP in 2003 and provides technical support on motion control and electrical products to customers as well as our own staff. He also serves as the company’s I.T. specialist.

Marq Gardner, Customer Service – Marq started with EIP in 2007 and serves as a customer service representative.

Ray Slater, Territory Manager – Ray joined EIP in 2011 and has worked in the industry selling chain for the better part of 30 years, most recently with Renold Jeffrey. Ray will be supporting distribution and OEM customers located in Southern California and Arizona.

Ginna MacDonald – Ginna started with EIP in 1994 and handles accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Wendy Fisher – Wendy started with EIP in 2004 and handles phone and email marketing.
